"Floresta is sponsoring The Green Awakening Tour, lead by Ben Lowe, author of The Green Revolution, and Anna Jane Joyner, environmental stewardship leader, as they tour the nation from one university to the next to mobilize and inspire the student community to take part in caring for God’s creation. Over the next seven weeks Renewal will visit 30 campuses across the United States and Canada. Lowe, Joyner, Floresta employees, and college creation care club members met with university presidents, deans, sustainability coordinators, and students last week at four Southern Californian campuses to discuss local issues and share examples of initiatives being made by each of these institutions." ***To read the rest of the post, check out Floresta's blog here!
